About Dr. Sultan Jaber

Doctor Sultan is an ENT Doctor based in Jordan formerly with the Jordanian Royal Medical Services. Experienced in Medical Media (Ex-host of a medical radio show and medical content developer). He leads a communications team for online and social media content development for the Novel Covid19 in coordination with the Public Relations office in the Jordanian Ministry of Health. Was actively engaged in training doctors to properly perform a nasopharyngeal Swab for Covid PCR testing, ensuring protection against infection and dealing with Biohazards. Headed a contact tracing unit and medical backup team during the outbreak as part of “A stronger Jordan” Initiative founded in March 2020 where we performed just over 150,000 swabs during the pandemic. Increased processing speed for Covid tracing by developing the “CovBox” to save time before daily tracing missions, saving 50-60 man-hours per day.
