About Dr. Wafaa' Qasem Ahmad

Dr. Wafaa Ahmad Consultant Internal Medicine and Palliative Care Specialist Graduated from the College of Medicine at Kuwait University in 1989. Currently, Dr. Wafaa is the president of the Jordanian Society of Palliative Care and Pain Management (JOPCS). Dr. Wafaa then completed multiple training courses in Palliative Care and Pain Management in the United States. Dr. Wafa'a has held a variety of positions throughout her career, head of the emergency department at Al-Istiklal Hospital, an internist in the cardiac care unit at Islamic Hospital, and cancer patient support at King Hussein Cancer Center.
