About Dr. Kais Adli Al Balbissi

Dr. Qais Adli Al-Balbisi is a consultant cardiologist and interventional cardiologist, and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Interventional Cardiology. He graduated with distinction from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and completed his fellowship in internal medicine and cardiology at East Tennessee State University, USA. He also completed an advanced fellowship in interventional catheterization at Mayo Clinic, where he gained advanced experience in interventional treatment techniques and advanced cardiac imaging. During his career, he has held leadership positions including Chairman of the Cardiology Department and Director of the Fellowship Program at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Al-Balbisi has extensive experience in providing advanced cardiac care, including complex interventions such as interventional valve implantation and treatment of chronic coronary artery occlusions. In addition, he is interested in the treatment of acute heart failure and pulmonary hypertension, with a special focus on congenital and structural heart disease in adults. He has contributed significantly to the development of residency and fellowship programs at Jordan University of Science and Technology, updating curricula and setting high standards for medical training. In the field of scientific research, Dr. Al-Balbisi has published numerous studies in prestigious medical journals and presented his research at prominent international conferences. He has received numerous professional awards including the Chief Resident Award and the Medical Leadership Award for his contributions to the advancement of clinical and research practices in the field of cardiology.
